INFORMED CONSENT TO NATUROPATHIC CARE

Naturopathy is a holistic treatment approach to health and disease, which aims to assess the whole body and its correlating systems. It also considers the mental, spiritual, emotional and energetic aspects we all possess as it can have an impact on the healing process.

Naturopathic approaches may differ over the course of the treatment and include, but are not limited to; Nutritional Supplements, Herbal Medicine, Homeopathy, Flower Essence Therapy, Lifestyle counselling and individualised dietary assessments/treatments. As With any form of medicinal treatment, there can be risks associated.

It is important that you inform your naturopath of any current medication you have been prescribed and underlying health issue that have been diagnosed.  Failure to do so may result in negative reactions to prescribed supplements. Please also inform your Naturopath of any changes to your medication or health history.

Alchemy Natural Health is a predominately Naturopathic practice and Kelly Tschirpig is a Naturopathic practitioner, and will use only natural, non- invasive methods of assessment and treatment.

Alchemy Natural Health and its practitioners reserve the right to determine which cases fall outside of their scope of practice, and will recommend and make appropriate referrals.

Alchemy Natural Health does not discourage its clients from seeking advice of other health care providers.

Fees are payable at the time of appointment/consultation, including fees for services and prescriptions or supplements.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Here at Alchemy Natural Health we appreciate the value of your time, and in return, ask for your respect for ours.

Cancellations that are made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may result in 50% of the total fee.  Failure to attend an appointment will result in a booking forfeiture and 100% of the fee.  We understand that things happen and life can be unpredictable, so if you are unable to make your appointment please let us know as soon as possible.

APPOINTMENT CHANGES

You may re-schedule appointments up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Re-scheduling appointments that fall within 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will be based on the clients discretion, and may result in 50% of the fee.

If for any reason we cannot attend an appointment due unforeseen circumstances such as an illness, you will be advised as soon as possible and offered the option to re-schedule.
